The Lumina Collective exists to solve a problem we see too often: organizations investing significant resources in corporate events and leadership training that don't create lasting change. Teams leave inspired, then return to the same old patterns. Offsites feel disconnected from strategy. Leadership programs teach frameworks that never get applied. We believe there's a better way.
Real transformation happens when you combine strategic event design with evidence-based leadership development. When you create experiences that are both immersive and intentional. When you ground your approach in organizational science but deliver it through moments that move people.
That's what The Lumina Collective does. We design corporate events and leadership experiences that don't just engage people in the moment—they equip them with clarity, capability, and connection that lasts long after the retreat ends.

Every engagement with The Lumina Collective follows a rigorous, collaborative process designed to ensure your investment creates real impact:
1. Discovery We start by listening. What are your goals? What challenges are you navigating? What does success look like for your team and organization? We take time to understand your culture, context, and vision before designing anything.
2. Design Every experience is custom-crafted for your unique needs. We don't believe in templates or one-size-fits-all solutions. Using our expertise in organizational behavior and event design, we create a tailored plan that aligns with your objectives and brings out the best in your people.
3. Delivery Flawless execution meets engaging facilitation. We manage every detail—from venue logistics to content flow—so you can be fully present with your team. Our facilitation style is dynamic, inclusive, and grounded in creating psychological safety where real conversations can happen.
4. Impact Transformation doesn't end when the event does. We measure outcomes, gather feedback, and provide follow-up resources to ensure the insights and connections from your experience translate into sustained behavioral change and organizational results.

I founded The Lumina Collective after years of seeing the gap between what organizations needed and what most event planners and leadership consultants were delivering.
On one side, I saw events that were logistically flawless but lacked depth—beautiful venues, great food, but nothing that actually compelled people to want to come, or moved the needle on team dynamics or strategic alignment. On the other side, I saw leadership training that was research-heavy but experientially flat—lots of theory, little engagement, and minimal follow-through.
I knew both mattered. And I knew how to bring them together.
With a Ph.D. in Leadership and Organizational Behavior and over 15 years curating corporate events for organizations ranging from tech startups to global organizations, I've built my career at the intersection of strategic thinking and experiential design. My work is grounded in appreciative inquiry and positive psychology—proven frameworks that focus on strengths, possibility, and sustainable change. But it's delivered through immersive experiences: offsites that feel transformative, workshops that spark new thinking, and leadership programs that actually change behavior.
The name "Lumina" reflects what I believe every great event and leadership program should create: clarity and brilliance. Clarity about where you're going, what matters most, and how to get there. Brilliance in your people—the kind that emerges when you create the right conditions for growth, connection, and insight.
Whether I'm designing a three-day executive retreat for 20 leaders or a company-wide kickoff for 500 people, my commitment is the same: create experiences that don't just happen, but that matter. Experiences that illuminate what's possible when teams come together with intention and purpose.
